Taylor has been the chosen artist this year to receive the Hal David Starlight Award at theSongwriters Hall of Fame ceremony on June 17. This is such a huge honor for Taylor, because the award is only given to the very best of songwriters, and I know she takes her songwriting very seriously, because it’s a way to express herself.
